About Us

Dikago Facilities Solutions is 100 percent citizen owned, has a well experienced team with combined experience of more than 40 years in facilities management. Dikago personnel has worked in the education, banking and broadcasting industries both nationally and internationally. Locally, the personnel has worked for the United Nations, Bank of Botswana (Gaborone and Francistown), International Bureau of Broadcasting (Voice of America), Maruapula School, Gaborone International School and Livingstone Kolobeng College.

The managing Director has over 20 years of Facilities management experience in management and Senior Management Positions. The Director holds a Masters of Science degree in Engineering Management and is a Certified member of the Institute of Workplace and Facilities Management (IWFM-UK) and a professional member of the International Facilities Management Association (IFMA-USA) and a member of the South African Facilities Managers Association (SAFMA). The Director is an Engineers Registration Board (ERB)  registered  Professional Engineering Technologist.

Our Smart Efficient Tool

In managing facilities, we use one of the most advanced Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) software in the world Proteus by Eagle. We are also the sole supplier of the software in Botswana. The Proteus software is used by some of todays successful multinational-corporations.

With the Proteus CMMS we are able to track and monitor all reported faults and ensure they are resolved in a timely manner as well as closely monitor our artisans and contracted partners.

For the past two years, Dikago Facilities Solutions has commemorated World Facilities Management Day, organising events bringing together Botswana’s Facilities Management practitioners to share knowledge & insights, present expert opinions, and showcase the newest innovations.
